Is there a free trial?
No. You pay $79.99 when you start, and the plan renews monthly until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Log in and open Account → Billing, then click Cancel plan. It stops all future charges right away. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, email us within 30 days for a refund.
How do I run reports on the plan?
Log in, enter a VIN and choose "Generate with Subscription". The report opens immediately and is saved to your account.
What happens if I reach the daily limit?
You can run more reports the next day, or buy a one-time report if you need one right away.
