At VinCheck, we stand behind the quality of our vehicle history reports. If you are not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it — no questions asked. Refunds are always granted in these situations:

No Data Available

If we cannot provide any meaningful vehicle history data for your VIN, you are entitled to a full refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your report, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased multiple reports for the same VIN, we will refund the duplicate charges.

Subscription Charges

Forgot to cancel Subscribe & Save or Window Sticker Unlimited (or an older plan)? Contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full. You can also cancel anytime with one click from your dashboard — cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Provide the following information to expedite your request:

  • Your email address used for the purchase
  • The VIN number for the report
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Subscribe & Save and Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save is a monthly plan: you pay the discounted price shown at checkout (35% off) and receive twice the reports every month until you cancel. Window Sticker Unlimited starts with a $1, 3-day trial and then renews at $39/month until you cancel; cancel during the trial and you are not charged the $39. The older Unlimited plan also renews monthly until cancelled. For these subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime in one click at vincheck.it.com/account/billing. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; reports already in your account stay there.
  • Your plan renews on the same day each month at the price you agreed to at checkout; the next renewal date is always shown in Account → Billing.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of that charge — no questions asked.
  • The first charge and every renewal are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Report Bundles

For multi-report bundles, refunds are calculated on unused reports at the per-report rate you actually paid. Fully unused bundles are refunded in full.
