Within 30 days, email support@vincheck.it.com and we refund the reports you haven't used (bundles at the per-report rate you paid). A Subscribe & Save renewal you forgot to cancel is refunded in full. See the refund policy.
Pricing questions
How much does a VinCheck report cost?
One full vehicle history report is $19.99. Bundles bring the price down: 3 reports for $27.99 ($9.33 each) or 5 for $34.99 ($7.00 each). These are one-time purchases with no subscription, and unused reports stay in your account.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
You get 35% off every month: 1 report for $12.99, 3 for $18.19 or 5 for $22.74, as low as $4.55 a report. It renews monthly at the same price, unused reports stay in your account, and you can cancel anytime in one click from Account → Billing.
Is there a trial for reports?
No. Reports have no trial and nothing that turns into a subscription by surprise. (The separate Window Sticker plan is the one product with a trial: see below.) Instead, every VIN gets a free preview (specs, model recalls, auction photos and record counts) before you pay, and every purchase comes with a 30-day refund on unused reports.
How much is the Window Sticker plan?
$1 for a 3-day trial, then $39/month until you cancel. It covers original window stickers by VIN (the manufacturer's own label PDF when it is published), not vehicle history reports. Cancel anytime in one click from Account → Billing; cancel during the trial and you are not charged the $39.
Does a one-time purchase sign me up for a subscription?
No. A one-time purchase is charged once. Subscribe & Save is shown pre-selected at checkout with its monthly price and renewal date; switch it off for a one-time purchase that never renews.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Link, Cash App Pay and Amazon Pay. Checkout shows the methods available for your order; pay-later options are never offered on Subscribe & Save.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a 30-day refund on unused reports: email support@vincheck.it.com within 30 days. Bundles are refunded for the reports you haven't used, at the per-report rate you paid.

Yes. Dealers and exporters who check many cars can buy prepaid volume packs. See dealer pricing.
