What is a window sticker?
A window sticker, or Monroney label, is the label federal law requires on every new car sold in the US. It lists the base MSRP, each factory-installed option with its price, destination charge, standard equipment, EPA fuel economy, safety ratings and where the car was built.
Is this the original sticker?
When the manufacturer publishes it, yes: you get the carmaker's own label PDF, unchanged. Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Kia publish them for most recent vehicles. For other vehicles you get a spec sheet rebuilt from VIN data, clearly labeled, and the page tells you which one before you pay.
How does the $1 trial work?
You pay $1 today and get 3 days of access with up to 5 window stickers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan continues at $39 a month with 70 stickers a month (up to 8 a day), charged to the same payment method every month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Billing and click Cancel plan. It takes one click and you won't be charged again. Cancel during the trial and you'll never pay the $39. Stickers you already unlocked stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a sticker is missing or wrong, or you forgot to cancel, email [email protected] within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
Is a window sticker the same as a vehicle history report?
No. The window sticker shows how the car was built and priced when new. A vehicle history report shows what happened to it since: title brands, accidents, salvage auctions and odometer readings. Use both before you buy a used car.
