  1. STRUCTURE:INTERIOR PANELS:DASHBOARD (2025) — General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025 Cadillac XT4 vehicles. The instrument panel may be missing the perforation on the underside of the panel cover that allows the passenger-side air bag to deploy properly. Remedy: Dealers will replace the instrument panel upper cover, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 29, 2024.   2. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL (2024) — General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Cadillac XT4 and Chevrolet Malibu vehicles. The vehicles may have the wrong owner's manual in the glove box. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 225, "Chi Remedy: Dealers will provide owners with the correct manual, free of charge.   3. SEATS (2022) — General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2021 Chevrolet Malibu, 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, Blazer and Cadillac XT4 vehicles. The driver's seat cushion frame may have an improper weld in the power tilt-adjustment mechanism. Remedy: Dealers will inspect the driver's seat and replace the cushion frame, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2022.   4. SEAT BELTS:CRITICAL FASTENERS (2019–2021) — General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2016-2021 Chevrolet Malibu and 2019-2021 Cadillac XT4 vehicles. The rear seat belt retractors may be improperly secured with loose or missing fasteners. Remedy: Dealers will inspect and tighten the rear seat belt retractors, as necessary, free of charge. TIRES (2020) — General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020 Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT4, XT5, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, Traverse, GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, 2018-2021 Chevrolet Express, GMC Savana, 2019-2020 Chevrolet Blazer, Silverado 1500, GMC Acadia, Sierra 1500, and Remedy: GM will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the tires, replacing them as necessary, free of charge. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (2019–2020) — General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Chevrolet Cruze and Buick LaCrosse, 2018-2020 Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Terrain, 2018 Chevrolet Malibu, 2019-2020 Buick Encore, Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT4, Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Acadia, and 2020 Cadill Remedy: GM will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the start-stop transmission accumulator and replace it if any bolts are missing, free of charge.   7. SERVICE BRAKES (2020) — General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020 Chevrolet Corvette and Cadillac CT4, CT5 and XT4, 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, and 2020-2021 Buick Encore GX vehicles. Sensor connection contamination in the electronic brake boost system may cause an interruption of communication Remedy: GM will notify owners, and dealers will replace the electronic brake boost module, free of charge.   8. BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA (2019–2020) — General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Cadillac XT4 vehicles equipped with the optional Surround Vision feature. The video processing module (VPM) may lose communication with the rearview camera, causing a loss of the rearview camera image. Remedy: Dealers will update the VPM software or replace the VPM, as necessary, free of charge.
